    • Event Operations Manager

      Reports to: Event Operations Director

      ABOUT THE POSITION

      The Event Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing event execution and logistics. The primary goal of the position is to maintain inventory, organize B. Lin rental items, and helping fine-tune the delivery and on-site event processes.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Create and maintain inventory system for rental items

      Storage maintenance of rental items

      Advise on needed purchases of additional rental items

      Deliveries, set-ups, and event pick-ups

      Ensuring all events have printed invoices

      Updating and maintaining label documents

      Printing all needed labels for events

      Liaise with Event Operations Director to coordinate successful events

      Complete administrative tasks as necessary

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Strong communication skills and attention to detail

      Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at once while focusing on the big picture

      Working knowledge of Google drive

      Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

      EXPERIENCE

      At least one year of catering operations or comparable experience

    • Wedding Planning Specialist

      Reports to: Sales Director

      ABOUT THE POSITION

      The Wedding Planning Specialist is responsible for ensuring the highest level customer service to prospective wedding clients. All matters related to wedding proposals, sales, and contracts are the direct responsibility of the Wedding Planning Specialist. The primary goal of the position is to quickly and effectively execute the process from inquiry to contract for all weddings.

      DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

      Manage all weddings inquiries, proposals, and contract

      Coordinate tastings with Executive Chef

      Execute tastings

      On-site event management, as necessary

      Liaise with Events Director to coordinate successful events

      Complete administrative tasks as necessary

      QUALIFICATIONS

      Strong communication skills, particularly in translating client expectations to the event ops and kitchen teams

      Strong attention to detail

      Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects at once while focusing on the big picture

      Working knowledge of Total Party Planner or other comparable event planning software

      EXPERIENCE

      At least one year of event planning or comparable experience
